eVidyaKosh offers two flexible enrollment models tailored to student and teacher convenience:

• Prepaid Classroom: You pay the monthly or yearly fee upfront directly via UPI, Cards, or NetBanking. You receive instant, immediate access to all live class links, uploaded PDF notes, YouTube video playlists, assignments, and test leaderboards.
• Postpaid Classroom: You submit an enrollment request with ₹0 upfront cost. Once your educator reviews and approves your request, you attend classes throughout the month and pay your tuition fee at the end of the 30-day billing cycle.

A Classroom Group is a bundled batch created by an educator or coaching institute that combines multiple subject classrooms under a single discounted package.

For example, a teacher can bundle "BSEB Class 10th All Subjects (Math, Science, Social Science, Hindi & Sanskrit)" together. Instead of enrolling and paying for each subject separately, you can subscribe to the entire group at once in either Prepaid or Postpaid mode!

Smart Notes is your personal 24/7 AI tutor built right into eVidyaKosh, powered by advanced models (Gemini & DeepSeek):

Inside your enrolled classrooms, you get a full learning management suite:

On the eVidyaKosh homepage, select your Class / Category and scroll to the "§ Request a Subject / Classroom" section. Type the name of the subject you need (e.g. Sanskrit, Statistics, Corporate Accounting, Computer Science). Our academic curriculum team and verified educators will be notified to create and publish it.

If you spot any typo, calculation error, or incorrect answer in any chapter note, formula sheet, or exercise, click the "Report Error" button. Once our academic moderation team verifies the correction, a cash reward is credited directly to your eVidyaKosh wallet balance!

Child safety and wholesome academic focus are our highest priorities:

If a teacher fails to show up or the class cannot take place, your payment is refunded immediately back to you.

Listing your profile, hosting classrooms, and holding your earnings balance is 100% free with zero upfront fees. eVidyaKosh charges a transparent platform service fee only when you withdraw funds:

• ₹500 – ₹999 withdrawal: 20% platform fee
• ₹1,000 – ₹4,999 withdrawal: 10% platform fee
• ₹5,000 – ₹49,999 withdrawal: 5% platform fee
• ₹50,000 or more: Only 3% platform fee

The more you withdraw at once, the lower the fee. You retain up to 97% of your tuition fees!

You can request a withdrawal anytime from your Educator Dashboard. Payouts are transferred via:

• Direct Bank Account Transfer (IMPS / NEFT)
• Direct UPI Payout (to your registered UPI ID)

Standard withdrawal requests are processed rapidly within 24 to 72 business hours directly into your bank account.

Inside the Course Studio, educators can create structured video + text + PDF courses with quizzes and issue verified Course Completion Certificates displaying your highest qualifications and digital signature. Prospective students visiting your public profile (/educator/:id) or institute profile can start a direct chat conversation with you. You can discuss learning goals, set custom session dates, and generate instant Booking Payment Links or Classroom Payment Links right inside the chat window.
