This policy governs refunds, cancellations, and wallet withdrawals in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. Before cancellation, you should request withdrawal of any remaining wallet balance. Unclaimed wallet balance after 180 days of account deletion will be forfeited.
